This Privacy Policy explains how Duska ("Duska", "App", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.
The App is provided by RLX CONSTRUCTION SPECIALTIES LLC.

2.1 Photos and prompts
When you use AI video creation tools, you may choose photos from your device and enter text prompts. We process the selected content to generate the AI video or template result you request.
2.2 Usage and technical information
We may collect basic technical and usage information, such as device model, operating system, language, app version, feature usage, crash data, and approximate diagnostics needed to maintain and improve the App.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain Duska and its video generation features;
- Process selected photos and prompts to generate requested outputs;
- Improve stability, performance, generation quality, templates, and user experience;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you;
- Protect the App from abuse, fraud, or misuse.
4. AI Processing
Duska may process your selected photos and prompts through cloud-based AI services to create image-to-video outputs and creative template videos.
You should only upload content that you own or have permission to use, including permission from people appearing in photos where required.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, AI processing, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, and payment-related services. These providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to us.
6. Retention
The App states that online creations are retained for 48 hours so that you can review and download them. Other information may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain safety and reliability.
7. Children
Duska is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Your Choices
You can choose not to upload photos or enter prompts. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance where applicable law provides such rights.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
